Brendah MukamunanaCase ManagerCOUNTRY OF ORIGINuganda Read Bio Brendah Mukamunana Brendah Mukamunana is a dedicated case worker at the Impakt Foundation for Social Change, where she combines her expertise in Social Work and Information Technology to foster positive outcomes for individuals and families. With a deep passion for social work, Brendah is committed to uplifting those around her, encouraging them to succeed and thrive in their lives. As a newcomer to Canada, she understands the challenges many face during their transition. Drawing from her own experiences, Brendah strives to create a supportive environment that helps newcomers navigate their new lives with greater ease. She has worked with various Institutions both in Canada and Uganda. She is also passionate about advocating for gender equality and she has secured various funding to support this cause. She has an Msc in Public Health from Uganda with a specialization in Population and Reproductive Health. Her lived experiences as a newcomer in Canada continuously drives her to support newcomers to overcome various barriers while settling in Canada. She worked for United Nations at various capacities in Ethiopia as well as in Geneva, Switzerland. She holds a Master of Business Leadership from University of South Africa, and her MPH from Addis Continental Institute of Public Health. She is highly skilled in program design and implementation, project management, research and global health. She is passionate about communities and power of partnership to empower communities.
